i am štěpán rotter – a personal trainer specializing in fitness and strength training. i have a university degree from the faculty of sports studies at muni and experience with clients of all levels – from beginners to athletes. I emphasize proper technique, progress and long-term results.

my name is štěpán and I have been passionate about the profession of personal trainer for several years. I graduated in personal and fitness coaching from the faculty of sports studies at masaryk university, where I gained deep theoretical foundations and practical experience.

i base my training on an emphasis on technique, individuality and sustainability. i work with clients at all levels – from complete beginners to advanced athletes. i believe that quality guidance and a properly set plan can significantly change not only the body, but also self-confidence and lifestyle.

epi course – national certificate in strength & conditioning (phase 1) - international certification from the elite performance Institute focused on s&c methodology, movement screening and correction, performance profiling, speed, periodization, sports training programming and development of strength and conditioning abilities.
